Use the animated templates

For: all plans. Explaindio 5 AI includes a starter set of animated templates. Explaindio 5 Pro and the Explaindio 5 AI Bundle include all of them.

The animated templates are the slides from the original Explaindio app, rebuilt to work in the Animation Studio.

1. Open the Animation Studio.
2. At the top of the template gallery, click the Animated templates tab.
3. Pick a category, then a pack, to see its templates. You can also narrow them with the All types filter, or type in Search animated templates.
4. Click a template to open it in the editor, then change its words and pictures like any other.

On Explaindio 5 AI, templates outside your starter set show 🔒 Premium. They're part of Explaindio 5 Pro. Click one to see the upgrade.

More templates load as you scroll.

Some animated templates are taking a short break while we make them faster, so you won't see them in the gallery for now. They come back on their own, with nothing for you to do. A scene you already made from one of them still works as it is: you can edit it, change its voice and render it.

If a slide doesn't open: you'll see "We couldn't open that slide. Try again." Click it again, or pick another slide.

Animated templates in your AI movies

When Explaindio makes a movie for you, it can use animated templates that fit the business, from the ones on your plan. A movie uses at most 12 of them, and never the same one twice.
