Credits in client workspaces

For: Explaindio 5 Agency and Explaindio 5 Agency Lite

Your client workspaces use your credits. This is the same if you have Explaindio 5 Agency as part of the Explaindio 5 AI Bundle. A video made in a client workspace uses the same credits as one you make yourself, plus a few more for the AI's work:

Each video the AI plans uses 10 credits for the plan, on top of the video itself. That includes every sample video for a business and every movie the AI is asked to make.
If the video fails before there's anything to show, the 10 credits come back. For a sample video made from a website, the 10 credits are only used once the website has been read.
Writing an email: each time Write the email for me is clicked, it uses 1 credit.
Checking stock photos: when Explaindio looks for a stock photo for a picture, it uses 1 credit for each photo it checks, at most 6 for one picture, whether or not a photo is picked. The photos themselves are free. If there are fewer than 6 credits left, it doesn't check any photos and draws the picture with AI instead. Clicking Illustrate again on a picture counts as a new picture.

Videos you make in your own account don't pay any of these. A sample video you make yourself uses the same credits on every plan.

You can see every charge in Credit History, in Settings. They show as AI video plan, Email written and Stock photo check.
