When a business pays: deliver the full video

The clean, full video is made only after the owner pays you.

1. Open the business.
2. Click Client paid — make the full video.
3. Click Make the full video to confirm.
4. Explaindio makes the clean version, with no watermark.
5. When the business card shows "✓ Your full video is ready.", click Download MP4. The MP4 file saves to your computer.
6. Send it to your client. The business is already marked Client: Explaindio did that when you clicked Client paid.

What the owner sees now: the sample link you sent shows "Your full video is ready.", says you'll send it to them, and has a button to contact you.

Need a tall or square version too? After step 6, open the video in the Studio and use Make a copy in. See Make your video in another shape.

If it doesn't work: If you see "Your sample video is still being made", wait until every scene is ready, then try again.
