Use the Fix-It library

For: Explaindio 5 Fix-It Pack

The Explaindio 5 Fix-It Pack helps you sell website fixes as well as videos. Explaindio writes the fix for each content problem it finds, and gives guides and ready-made templates for the rest.

  1. On Find Businesses, click Fix-It library (next to My list).
  2. Under Fix guides, open any guide. Each shows what the problem is, why the owner should care, how it's usually fixed, and what to tell the owner. Click All guides to go back.
  3. On a business, open Your fixes under the problems: Explaindio's written fix is there to copy, with a ready email for the owner you can copy too. Pick the language of the fix above the pieces. Hosting problems open their guide instead.
  4. Under Templates to sell the work, click Download Word or Download PDF for a proposal, the service agreement, the price sheet or the new-client checklist.
  5. Fill in the [brackets] and send.

Good to know: the problems on a business's card are what Explaindio checked for you, to help you choose a guide. Check the website yourself before you mention one to the owner. The service agreement is a simple starting template, not legal advice.
