Turn a picture into a sketch

Sketch it turns your picture into line art that draws itself, then the photo fills in.

1. Click a picture in your scene.
2. Under Sketch it, pick how much detail you want, then click Make the sketch.
3. Wait while it says Sketching your picture…. It takes a moment.
4. When the preview shows, turn on Use the sketch.
5. Leave Fill in the photo at the end on to show the photo after the drawing, and pick a Drawing time.

To go back, click Show the photo instead.

It works best on photos of people, objects and places. Any text in the photo may come out rough.

If it doesn't work:

• The picture must be a JPG, PNG or WebP, under 20 MB, and at least 64 pixels on each side.
• You can make 20 sketches an hour.
• If you change the picture, make the sketch again.
• If saving says the sketch isn't finished, wait for it, or turn off Use the sketch.
